I work collaboratively with each client to strengthen and bring into balance influences such as: family, friends, work, physical health, nutrition, spirituality, mental health, friends, and environment.

My passion is to explore and integrate these realms into my own life and bring this experience to my work with clients. I have a Master's degree in Systems Counseling which teaches the belief that you cannot know a particular system by analyzing its parts or components, but you need to engage with that system in its entirety.

What makes my work more effective is the fact that I go to the client's home for sessions. By experiencing what the client experiences, I am better able to provide the resources and support for the changes they are trying to achieve.
